The SG-System I Receiver is also ideal for those smaller central stations that are looking for a receiver with similar functionality to the Sur-Gard System III receiver but do not require its larger capacity.
The SG-System I Receiver offers the smallest footprint of those of its kind but never compromises on its QUALITY performance. It allows proprietary applications or central stations to receive alarm via traditional Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) telephone lines or over an optional IP connection (using DSC's T-Link or GS series of products). A combination of phone line cards and network line cards can be used to create one integrated FLEXIBLE monitoring solution. With the ability to accept multiple communication formats from control panels, the amount of physical receivers required can be reduced – saving valuable space and cost-output. And with an easy-to-use interface, programming the SG-System I is simple and fast.
SG-System I uses a number of patented technologies, including ANI and DNIS reception, to help decrease the online time of central monitoring stations, ultimately saving costs for staffing and phone charges. The SG-System I also offers patented Caller ID technology and the industry's fastest response time via patented Automatic Handshake Selection (AHS).
